OBSTACLES IN TAKING VACATION


Saturation and fatigue was the results we get because the crush of routine throughout the work day will certainly be tiring for our souls and bodies, therefore taking a vacation is the answer because by taking a vacation we can do activities to spend time enjoying a different atmosphere than usual will refresh the body our mind.

Psychologically, everyone needs a vacation. So it's no wonder that vacations are a necessity in today's times, like a school kid who is really enthusiastic about the coming of the holiday season, on vacation they are free to play without thinking about school routines as well as adults.

There are many obstacles and challenges to getting a vacation, especially for office workers, including;

 1. It is difficult to get direct permission because of the very strict rules from companies that pressure their employees to work, it is rare for a company to see the mental condition of their employees. But most employees outsmart it by reasoning that they are sick so that it is easy to get sick leave for reasons like this, of course, must be supported by a valid document from the authority that has the right to issue it. It is difficult to get queues for annual leave, with government regulations that provides of annual leave rights for employees, this can be used by employees for vacations, but a company provides queuing regulations for employees who want to take annual leave so that there are no vacancies at work.
